1. Acknowledgement & Acceptance

By accessing the 7u22 platform, opening an account, or using any games or services, you automatically consent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you are requested to refrain from using the 7u22 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7u22. 7u22 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

The following requirements must be met to register an account and play on 7u22:

• You must use this platform voluntarily and with full awareness.

7u22 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. An NID, passport, or birth registration certificate may be requested. Providing false information will result in account forfeiture.

3. Account Terms

3.1 Registration

When opening an account at 7u22, you must provide accurate and complete information. Name, address, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must all be genuine. Opening an account with false or someone else's information is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one 7u22 account is permitted per individual, family, or household address. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. 7u22 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or message. If anyone claiming to be from 7u22 asks for your password, it is a scam — contact support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal or upon 7u22's request. Required documents:

• Clear copy of National Identity Card (NID) or Passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Information required for payment method verification

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC verification is complete. This is part of 7u22's security policy and is in place to protect your interests.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following applies to deposits at 7u22:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500
• Maximum daily deposit: BDT 5,00,000 (varies by VIP tier)
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency
• There is generally no fee on deposits, but payment providers may impose charges
• Deposits are only accepted from your own payment account

4.2 Withdrawals

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed
• Any portion of a bonus that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all 7u22 bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled within a specified timeframe
• Wagering must be completed to withdraw winnings earned using bonuses
• Minimum odds or bet amounts on specific games may apply toward meeting bonus wagering requirements
• Using the same offer more than once is strictly prohibited
• Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically
• 7u22 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

5.2 Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is available for new members. To qualify:

• First deposit must be completed (minimum BDT 500)
• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically
• Wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount (on selected games)
• Bonus validity: 30 days

5.3 Bonus Abuse

7u22 reserves the right to cancel accounts and confiscate all winnings for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, attempting to meet bonus requirements with low-risk betting strategies, and placing opposite bets to avoid bonus wagering.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on 7u22 operate using Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every outcome is completely random, and previous results have no effect on future ones. 7u22 never alters game outcomes to advantage or disadvantage any player.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has specific betting limits, which can be viewed in the game lobby. Placing bets beyond these limits is not permitted, and 7u22 reserves the right to conduct additional verification in cases of unusual betting patterns.

6.3 Technical Issues

6.4 Sports Betting

Additional rules apply to Sports Betting. Bets are generally refunded if a match is canceled. Betting on match-fixing or using insider information is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at Player's Request

You may close your 7u22 account at any time. Simply contact support and submit a closure request. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

10.2 Closure by 7u22

7u22 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Proven allegations of rule violations
• Providing False Information or Engaging in Fraud
• Incomplete KYC Verification
• Suspicious or unusual transactions
• Bonus Abuse
• For legal reasons (e.g., government directives)

10.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, 7u22 offers a self-exclusion option. You may choose a self-exclusion period ranging from 6 months to 5 years. During this time, 7u22 will not send you any new bonuses or promotional materials, and login access will be disabled.

11. Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution Process:
